The Community Health and Empowerment Network, Inc. is a 501(c)(3), not for profit organization that exist to provide healthcare and social services to women and families in low income and suburb areas. Our goal is to help bridge health gaps in the community that is causing sickness and deaths. We empower individuals during the healthy decision making process; thereby helping them to avoid preventable diseases such as:
HIV & AIDS, heart diseases, childhood obesity, and other prevalent diseases.

R.E.D for Women's
We offer an health & education STEM summer camp program (suspended due to COVID-19); an outreach and screening program for heart disease, stroke & STD and HIV/AIDS prevention; a female peer-to-peer supportive group for health promotion; a teen health and empowerment program; a food distribution program for the homeless & those in need; and an internship program for nursing and public health students. We organize health seminars, health fairs and health conferences.

National Youth HIV & AIDS Awareness Day (NYHAAD) is observed each year on April 10 to educate the
public about the impact of HIV on young people. NYHAAD increases awareness, generates conversations, and spotlights the work being done to reduce HIV among young people.
Join us for an NYHAAD Challenge for our youth in partnership with the Florida Department of Health in Miami-Dade County. Students age: 12 – 19 years of age can take part in this challenge.
